## Privacy

### What this site publishes

EDGAR indexes name filers. This site keeps companies only, and leaves out funds, trusts, acquisition vehicles and other structures without staff.

### What your browser sends

No analytics, no advertising, no cookies. Searches run in your browser against static files. A click on a
referral link is counted (site, link and page — no visitor identifier). The host (Cloudflare Pages) keeps ordinary
server logs.

### How we are paid

- **Dated reports and Pro access.**
- **Referrals**: the Pro page carries one referral link, to micro1's program for companies that have stopped operating. This site may be paid a fee if a company that applies through that link signs a partnership. No one pays to appear here.

### Corrections and removal

The data is a public record. If something is wrong, or you want an entry removed from this site, write to us: we
cannot change the official file, but this site is not the government.

**Did this company stop operating altogether?**

The internal data of a company that employed 50 people or more (Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, documentation, project histories) may still have value after it has stopped operating.

[Check whether this company’s data qualifies →](/pro.md) We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company. Whether personal data in those archives can be transferred is a legal question for whoever controls them. Not affiliated with the SEC.
