## Pro access

For trustees, plan administrators, former officers and acquirers. When a company that employed 50 people or more has stopped operating, its Slack or Microsoft Teams archive can still be worth something.

### What we can do

- **An asset that is rarely listed** — the Slack or Microsoft Teams archive, internal documentation and project histories of a company that employed 50 people or more at its peak and has stopped operating. Specialised buyers license this kind of data for AI training.
- **Who decides** — whoever now controls the company's records: a bankruptcy trustee or plan administrator, a liquidating trust, the former officers, or the acquirer. Internal messages contain personal data of former employees: whether and how they can be transferred is a legal question for that person and the buyer, not something this site can settle or promise.
- **Leaving the public market is not enough** — the program is for companies that no longer operate, not for companies that were acquired and carry on.
- **What we do** — tell us which company and roughly how many people it employed; we answer with whether it fits and what to do next. We are paid by the buyer if a partnership is signed, never by the company.

Priced case by case: tell us what you need and we answer with a sample and a figure.

### Not sure the company qualifies? Ask first

Three things are enough: the company, roughly how many people it employed at its peak, and whether a Slack or Teams archive still exists. No payment is taken on this site.

Every request is answered by hand. Your details are used to reply and nothing else — see the [privacy page](/privacy.md).
